Speakers Information
Audiovisual Material:
In each workshop/conference room there will be a laptop (with 2 USB ports and a CD/DVD-ROM drive)
connected to a projector. All laptops will run Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional as Operating System and will
have Adobe Acrobat Reader (v8.1) and Microsoft® Office® 2007 installed.
To avoid delaying your session due to laptop-projector synchronization problems, we recommend to upload your
presentation on the laptop before the start of your session.
Posters' presentation:
For each poster, we will make available a large poster board, approximately 1m (width) x 2m (height)
on which you can append your poster.
